Professional Performance Support Service

This program provides allied health professionals with a collaborative mentoring and performance enhancement system for the benefit of the professional’s skill development and for positive organisational outcomes.

The Professional Performance Support Program consists of a package of services provided by an experienced allied health professional. The Professional Performance Support Program implementation is tailored to the needs of the organisation and individual. Some examples of support services that can be accessed include:

• Performance development interview using the Professional Performance Enhancement Program (P-PEP)
• Training in administration of the P-PEP with other staff members. Phone contacts by the consultant to mentor/ support progress on an individual’s goals.
• Document/ report reviews or other analysis and feedback as identified.
• E-mail requests for support/ contacts/ ideas or information.
• Client case study or case review.

An hourly rate for services applies. Regular documentation accompanies the invoiced amounts to demonstrate services being provided and outcomes.
