Next Challenge Occupational TherapyOur occupational therapists assess a child's abilities in fine motor, gross motor and perceptual skill areas and provide treatment to improve school skills and develop independence. How can occupational therapy help my child? Occupational therapy helps children develop skills for independence and to improve function in their daily lives. Our therapists assess each child's ability in the fine motor, gross motor, sensory, play and perceptual skill areas, and provide treatment in accordance with the findings from assessment. Services include individual therapy sessions, group sessions, parent workshops (such as Power Play) and multidisciplinary therapy sessions. For more information about how occupational therapy services could benefit your child, contact us on (08) 9201 0707.
